Every Readlume purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 30 days of any charge — a first purchase or a renewal — we will refund that charge in full.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or reply to your order receipt. That is all you need to do — no forms, no justification required.
Payments for Readlume are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not require a reason either.
